Can I shop 24/7?

Yes, Phivi is an online marketplace that accepts orders and bookings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Place orders and book vendors at a time that is convenient to you.

Am I booking with Phivi or directly with the professional?

Phivi provides the platform for bookings to be made conveniently and securely. The relationship will always be between the customer and vendor – we do not get in the way. This creates a community where vendors provide better service and customers go back to vendors with whom they enjoy doing business.

Can I communicate with the vendor?

Absolutely! After placing an order, an email will be sent to both the customer and vendor with contact information for each other. Placing an order on the platform helps both parties secure a booking conveniently, but it does not mean changes or additional requests cannot be made.

Can I personalize a product or service?

Absolutely! Our platform was designed to allow people to easily personalize a product or service. Whether you are choosing flavors for a cake or providing inspiration for a makeup job, you will have the opportunity to customize your selections.

Am I ordering and booking from professionals?

All of our vendors are local professionals with established businesses. In order to receive payouts, each vendor must register with and be verified by Stripe, Inc.

How are your vendors or products ranked in Phivi search results?

Vendors cannot pay to be listed on top of search results. We believe in creating a community where people can shop confidently and businesses can sell fairly. For this reason, vendors are ranked based on their average customer rating and only verified customers may leave a rating and review. We ask you to leave an honest review of your vendors to help others with their bookings.

What can I find on Phivi?

Phivi is a one-stop-shop for planning all events. Currently, you can:
  • Order cakes or flowers
  • Book services from musicians, photographers, entertainers, officiants, emcees, or beauty professionals, and
  • Rent photo booths

Do I have to pay to use Phivi?

You do not pay to browse or shop on the marketplace.

Do you have a mobile app?

We do not have a mobile app at the current time. However, our website is compatible to major browsers like Chrome, Safari, Explorer and Firefox.

Does Phivi store my personal information?

Before I place a cake order, can I order cake samples?

Yes, if the vendor you are interested in placing an order with offers cake samples for delivery, you may instantly place an order with them on the website. We understand it is not always convenient to visit multiple vendors just for a tasting, so we offer custom cake tastings at your door!

Why can't I add a product or service to the cart?

In the meantime, please confirm that the address you selected or provided is within the vendor’s travel or delivery range. Please also confirm that you have completed all required fields.

We understand that orders may change due to the addition or removal of services or products, and thus, the payment amounts may change. We can handle that for you – just email us at support@phiviapp.com and one of our professionals will be there to help you.

Please contact the vendor immediately with any changes to your order, such as a change to the delivery or service address. Since the address determines the vendor’s availability, keep in mind that the vendor reserves the right to cancel the booking if the address is no longer in their travel or delivery range. You do not need to create an account to use the platform. However, in order to place an order, you will need to create an account.
